As a key member of our Donated Goods Retail team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Research and price merchandise using current pricing guides and the internet, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Store Operations: Assist with receiving and recording donations, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining store production supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Sort and price donations according to company guidelines, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store staff to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, and reaching.
