Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain their independence.
  • Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and documentation.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Instruct patients and their families on follow-through programs to build on their progress.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
