Senior Land Surveying Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Survey Crew Chief to join our team at Carnahan Proctor and Cross, Inc. (CPC). As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of surveyors to complete various projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in surveying, with excellent leadership and organizational skills. You will work closely with other teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a survey crew to complete assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Provide training and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Crew Chief in land surveying.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with FDOT Survey Procedures and Leica and Topcon Survey Equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and travel to remote locations.
