Senior Quantity Surveyor

Venture Global LNG is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Electrical/Instrumentation to join our site team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying for instrumentation and electrical scopes of work, with the ability to analyze and prepare BOQs from submitted IFC drawings.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing quantity surveying services for electrical and instrumentation scopes of work
- Analyzing and preparing BOQs from submitted IFC drawings
- Measuring contractor progress on site and validating contractor progress claims
- Reviewing and verifying total installed quantities
- Working with the scheduling team to validate planned work sequences
- Assisting with reviewing quantities and pricing for proposed change requests
- Attending progress/planning meetings, identifying and reporting areas of concern
- Building good working relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- BS in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Piping Engineering, or Structural Engineering
- 8 or more years of experience in industrial construction, including power generation and LNG plants
- Experience working on the client side as representation in the field
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work within a team with strong interpersonal skills
