About the School Bus Driver Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a school bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Use industry-leading technology to guide you through your daily routes.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Be subject to a drug screen and physical.

  • A starting wage of $19.50 per hour.
