Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Spitzer GM Collision Center in DuBois. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing full frame and unibody structural damage, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair full frame and unibody structural damage
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve CSI scores above industry standards
- Perform services efficiently and in accordance with dealership guidelines
- Follow manufacturer's repair procedures and safety protocols
- Document work on E-checklists and maintain accurate records
- A minimum of one year of automotive collision repair experience
- I-CAR certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
