Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Sterling Court at Roseville. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in our food services areas.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the dish-washing machine to ensure all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the dish machine.
  • Clean production equipment as needed or directed by a supervisor.
  • Adhere to standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
