Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making recommendations for products and services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
