Pharmacist in Charge

AuBurn Pharmacy Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Smithville, MO store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations.

• Lead a small retail team and provide guidance on pharmacy operations management
• Ensure accurate and efficient order entry and review processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve medication adherence and patient outcomes
• Provide leadership and support for MTM and immunization services
• Collaborate with the corporate office to drive business growth and development

• Experience in retail pharmacy management and leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
