We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work under the general supervision of experienced nursing professionals and be responsible for applying the nursing process to make sound judgments and decisions regarding patient care. This includes assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing evidence-based practices, and evaluating outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at improving patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing comprehensive care plans that address their unique requirements
- Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to improve patient outcomes and promote health education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share knowledge, and enhance patient experiences
- Document patient data, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and suggesting innovative solutions
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A current RN license in the State of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a similar role or specialty area
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and willingness to maintain it
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits:The estimated salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
