Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide nursing services in an office setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ambulatory care practice. You will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless execution of quality requirements, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in telephone triage, obtaining relevant information from patients and advising them according to established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care interactions in the medical record.
  • Coordinate laboratory and diagnostic tests, tracking results and presenting them to providers as needed.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care. Atrium Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
