As a Mechanical Assembly Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Constructing and assembling intricate mechanisms, structures, and components according to the latest detailed drawings and specifications. This may involve the installation of screws, rivets, seals, fasteners, upholstery, electrical wiring, and various hardware.
- Maintaining and repairing production machinery and tools, promptly informing management of any necessary repairs or issues.
- Interpreting and reading detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Joining parts using bonding, screwing, gluing, or other methods, and performing drilling, countersinking, and riveting on metal or sheet metal components as required.
- Installing attachment fittings as assigned.
- Preparing and organizing tools and components for use in the manufacturing area.
- Requesting parts from the stockroom as needed.
- Working at various workstations as production demands dictate.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Compensation: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on several factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, certifications, etc.
