Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at banquet and convention functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-shift work to ensure a smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the banquet rooms and kitchen
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide excellent service
  • Unload trays, rack glassware, and separate silverware
  • Complete assigned breakdown and closing side work
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and tolerate extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, bending, and twisting
  • Previous job-related experience preferred but not required
  • Valid Utah food handler's permit required
  • Flexible schedule to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
