Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the ICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to prevent complications and promote patient safety.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare team members as needed, ensuring seamless care delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
- Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
