We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Admissions Representative to join our Welcome Center team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals and families seeking care for eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming inquiries and assess potential clients to determine the best course of action.
- Conduct preadmission screenings, including insurance evaluations and demonstrations of our treatment programs.
- Determine the subsequent course of action, whether to direct individuals to the Admissions Counselor or schedule appointments.
- Manage leads obtained from outreach efforts and enter initial information into our CRM system.
- Direct relevant inquiries to the Admissions Counselor and arrange evaluation appointments when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Admissions team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in typing.
- Previous experience in the mental health field preferred.
