Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Liaison RN to join our team at Upstate HomeCare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating acute infusion patient referrals and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals and promote our services.
  • Coordinate the transition of patients to alternate care settings, ensuring a seamless discharge process.
  • Provide training and support to patients and caregivers on our therapy services and technology.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and liaison between Upstate HomeCare and our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical, reimbursement, and operational teams to ensure effective customer service and sales development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of homecare or clinical experience, with a proven track record.
  • Sales and marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of home medical and infusion reimbursement preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
