Job Title: Charge Registered Nurse

As a Charge Registered Nurse with American Renal Associates, you will play a vital role in leading our hemodialysis team and providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to promote positive public relations will make a significant impact on our patients, their families, and our team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the hemodialysis team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
