The ideal candidate will join an existing practice in the city, contributing to the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient care. This includes musculoskeletal, spine care, EMG, and US-guided injections.
The clinic is housed in the Neuroscience building on the campus, providing a state-of-the-art facility for patient care. In addition to this, the inpatient Rehab unit is a 24-bed CARF Accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit that opened in 2017. This team works closely with Spine Navigator, specialized nursing support, and established working relationships with multidisciplinary teams. With five physicians and two APPs already part of the group, there's a strong foundation for collaboration and shared knowledge.
Work-Life Balance
The call schedule is shared proportionally, with each physician taking one week at a time. This ensures a manageable workload and allows for quality time outside of work. Additionally, the city offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, and picnicking. Residents can take advantage of various parks and green spaces surrounding the Big Sioux River.
