Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday; 7 AM - 5 PM (Cath Lab at the facility)
- Wednesdays; 8 AM - 5 PM (In-office clinic)
- 2nd Friday of each month; 8 AM - 5 PM (Telemedicine clinic)
- 4th Friday of each month; 8 AM - 5 PM (In-office clinic; first patient at 9 AM)
Patient Demographics:
Adults
Patient Volume:
- Cath Lab: 3-4 patients per day
- Clinic: Average of 20 patients per day
Electrophysiology Cases:
4-6 cases per day
Department Capacity:
268 beds
Technology:
- EMR System: Cerner
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance will be provided
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona License or IMLC
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- DEA Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
