Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in Rutland and Bennington County.

Responsibilities:

* Provide patient care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or licensed Therapist
* Collect patient and family data and report findings to RN and/or licensed Therapist in a timely manner
* Assist in the communication of information to assigned patients
* Perform interventions and procedures as directed to ensure the safe and effective quality of care for patients
* Report to RN and/or licensed Therapist on a variety of aspects of patient and family information
* Advocate for patient care issues to ensure that overall quality and type of care is sensitive to each specific patient/family's needs

Requirements:

* Valid State of Vermont Nursing Assistant License
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance
* Experienced or newly graduated LNA's welcome
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Weekend and holiday rotation required
