About the Role

As a pediatric home health nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing individualized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
