As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with our accounting team to process accounts payable and receivable, credit cards, and checking accounts, ensuring accuracy in our financial documents. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting transactions using QuickBooks for primary accounts: Checking, Receivables, Payables, Credit Cards, and intercompany.
  • Coordinate information from various sources: banks, billing companies, vendors.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Use Excel to create spreadsheets, reports, and reconciliations for internal and external use.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an Accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, taking initiative in identifying and solving accounting issues.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
