Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, ambulation, and transfers
  • Support clients with self-administered medications and provide companionship and social interaction
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Prepare simple meals and snacks
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities of interest
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition, family situation, or needs to supervisors or healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors or the elderly
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary certifications
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required by clients)
