We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Bird Day, a leading provider of intensive therapy programs for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
As a Physical Therapist at Blue Bird Day, you will work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success. Our Physical Therapists collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program, providing a comprehensive approach to pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized physical therapy plans to support early motor development, orthotic assessment, and intervention.
- Collaborate with occupational, speech, and developmental therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care.
- Work directly with clients and their families to support development and caregiver success.
- Participate in department and all-staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy with pediatric experience preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with experience.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children a plus.
