DC Processor

Job Summary:

Bealls is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DC Processor to join our team. As a DC Processor, you will be responsible for accurately and timely performing all functions associated with ticketing, sort, packing, and material handling. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to execute established procedures, tools, and equipment to achieve expectations and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing: Verify merchandise by style, color, size, and scan tickets in accordance with Bealls Ticketing Guidelines.
Sorter: Sort merchandise according to style, color, and size, and accurately count merchandise and fill out documents indicating the quantity of pieces.
Packing: Pack required units into the correct store location, ensuring cartons or totes are full, apply store labels, tape carton lids, and place onto takeaway conveyor.
Material Handler: Distribute merchandise, replenish needed supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.

Requirements:

Must be able to demonstrate equipment proficiency within the training period.
Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work requirements.
Must have good time management and problem-solving skills, and accurately complete simple math tasks such as counting and adding.

Working Conditions:

Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. when necessary to handle/move cartons of merchandise.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and use stairs to complete essential functions where the department is located.
