Position Details:
We are currently looking for Full-time Caregivers for both AM and PM shifts. Additionally, inquire about our unique 'work today, get paid tomorrow' benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of the location and well-being of all residents under your care at all times.
  • Ensure residents are well-groomed and presentable throughout the day.
  • Assist residents with personal grooming tasks, including dressing, applying makeup, and hair care.
  • Keep residents' living spaces tidy, including making beds and organizing personal items.
  • Provide comfort, safety, and enjoyment for residents.
  • Keep internal documentation updated, noting any changes in residents' physical or emotional health and reporting to the Shift Manager.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and mandatory gatherings as required.
  • Follow and acknowledge care plans and updates during each shift.
  • Respect and uphold Residents' Rights as displayed within the facility.
  • Respond promptly to residents' requests for assistance.
  • In emergencies, assist residents according to the facility's Emergency Plan.
  • Provide First Aid assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative demeanor when interacting with residents and their families.
  • Assist with bathing and dressing residents as scheduled.
  • Support residents during mealtimes as required.
  • Help residents with personal hygiene needs throughout the shift.
  • Encourage participation in daily recreational activities, including crafts, games, music, and exercise.
