Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in creating personalized experiences for our clients, helping them discover the power of beauty and achieve their beauty goals.

• Provide Expert Beauty Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and recommend products that meet their individual requirements.
• Demonstrate Product Application Techniques: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, providing clients with personalized demonstrations and guidance.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Beauty Trends: Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, ensuring that you can provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Participate in exciting sales events and promotions, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
• BOPIS and Client Service: Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Maintain Store Environment: Contribute to maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, ensuring that clients have a positive experience.

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail
• Passion for client service and beauty
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
