Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while facilitating sales on the retail floor. Your role will include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and promoting merchandise through effective selling techniques.
  • Processing transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and managing cash flow.
  • Handling credit card transactions, issuing receipts, and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Maintaining a well-organized and clean sales environment, including restocking merchandise.
  • Inspecting incoming inventory for quality assurance and participating in inventory management.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support store operations.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A solid understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
  • Basic to intermediate mathematical skills for transaction processing.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to build positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
