Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.
- Signs and Symptoms: Assess and identify signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, taking prompt action to address any concerns.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses to inform patient care.
- Plan of Care: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care, using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Interventions and Revisions: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, revising the plan as needed to reflect changes in medical plan of care or ineffective nursing interventions.
- Clinical Judgment: Utilize clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs, establishing priorities and making informed decisions to ensure high-quality care.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other Registered Nurse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
- Current Registration: Hold a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
- Health Certificate: Possess a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year prior Registered Nurse experience is preferred.
- Adult Care: Provide care to adult patients, including those with complex medical needs.
- G-tube and Trach Care: Manage G-tube and tracheostomy care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Ventilation Support: Provide ventilation support, as needed, to patients with respiratory needs.
- Full-time, Part-time, PRN: Work a variety of shifts, including full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare team.
