Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Janitor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpets and common areas.
  • Operate power scrubbers and other equipment to clean floors and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Perform monthly outside clean-up of parking areas and maintain a clean and safe exterior environment.
  • Clean common areas, including tables, chairs, countertops, and other surfaces, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Use cleansers and machinery in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working unsupervised and maintaining a flexible schedule.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
