Job Title: Learning Designer III

Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Learning Designer III to join our team. As a Learning Designer III, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand learning requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials, including courseware, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning design and development.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's learning strategy and vision.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in learning design and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing effective learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
