We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activity Director to join our team at Lodge Of The Wabash. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a vibrant activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a monthly calendar of activities based on resident feedback and preferences
- Collaborate with the care team to identify resident interests and create personalized plans of care
- Supervise and support an assistant and volunteers in the Activities Department
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance our activity program

Requirements:
