Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager within the Construction sector to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Transportation, Roadway design, and Site development. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all facets of the construction project, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring completion on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to formulate and execute project plans and timelines.
  • Supervise the design and construction of transportation and roadway initiatives, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Utilize software tools to generate detailed project plans and drawings.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to assess water flow and drainage patterns, developing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Partner with licensed landscape architects to create and implement site development strategies, including sustainable design features.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, providing updates and addressing concerns with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and roadway design, with knowledge of relevant regulations and software.
  • Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to resolve complex challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
