Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prepare and set up tables for service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including iced tea, coffee, espresso, juice, and hot chocolate.
  • Stock and maintain necessary equipment and supplies, including linen, china, glasses, cutlery, and cleaning supplies.
  • Clear tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Perform cleaning duties, utilizing corporate SOP checklist, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Mix of morning, day, and evening shifts, with full availability required for this role.
  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, maintaining a level head and composure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with no remote work options available.
