We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our Preschool classroom in Downtown Boston, MA. As a key member of our team, you will support our Lead Toddler Teacher in guiding children to become more independent and confident in their abilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in Montessori and early childhood education, with many of our Assistant Teachers progressing to Lead Teacher roles over time. Our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will work with children aged 3-6 years old, creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their growth and development. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our students.
