As a Travel Nurse RN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
