About the Job:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of your nursing practice.
- Teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills to promote independence and empowerment.
- TX RN license
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
- BLS & ACLS certification
- TNCC upon hire preferred but must possess within first year
- PALS or ENPC
- 1 year of ER experience
