Position Overview:

We are a well-respected establishment in our region seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cleaning tasks and prepare guest accommodations to meet our hotel's high standards prior to guest arrivals.
  • Address general inquiries from guests with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared areas such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform tasks including making beds, changing linens, stocking bathrooms with toiletries, handling laundry, vacuuming, mopping, and other cleaning duties as required.
  • Document rooms cleaned and keep records of lost and found items, damages, and necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
  • Solid understanding of cleaning methods and products.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional housekeeping role is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
