Position Overview:

We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team as a Regulatory Technology Product Strategist within the Organon Research and Development (R&D) division. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the vision and prioritization of technology solutions tailored for the Regulatory R&D sector. Your focus will be on delivering significant technical enhancements and business value through strategic alignment and integration of diverse components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and prioritize user stories and requirements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product features for maximum impact.
  • Manage the reduction of technical debt across products and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the product/platform roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure that deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance through various activities, including documentation and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to advance product vision.
  • Assist in establishing Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
  • Provide oversight for vendors as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as an IT Product Owner or Analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of Regulatory R&D processes and technologies.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced work environments.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and innovative mindset.
  • Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical documentation creation.
Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with architecture, integration, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of various technology tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Capability to contribute to the development of business strategies.
  • Experience in diverse work environments and fostering idea generation.
  • Ability to define technical infrastructure solutions.
