Your focus will be on delivering significant technical enhancements and business value through strategic alignment and integration of diverse components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and prioritize user stories and requirements.
- Evaluate and prioritize product features for maximum impact.
- Manage the reduction of technical debt across products and platforms.
- Develop and maintain the product/platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure that deliverables align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance through various activities, including documentation and User Acceptance Testing.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to advance product vision.
- Assist in establishing Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
- Provide oversight for vendors as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience as an IT Product Owner or Analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of Regulatory R&D processes and technologies.
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced work environments.
- Demonstrated curiosity and innovative mindset.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical documentation creation.
- Familiarity with architecture, integration, and analytics.
- Knowledge of various technology tools and platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Capability to contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Experience in diverse work environments and fostering idea generation.
- Ability to define technical infrastructure solutions.
