Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night shift schedule. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
