Join Our Team as an Independent Optometrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own hours, and control your patient schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment
  • Manage your own patient schedule and fee structure
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest eye care techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school (optional)
  • Valid state ophthalmology license (optional)
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
