Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and training on diabetes management, including insulin pump therapy and basic diabetes management devices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved program as RN, RD, CSW, or Pharmacist
  • Current professional licensure, registration, and certification required
  • Minimum of 6 months clinical experience as a certified diabetes educator
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
