Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to contribute to individualized treatment planning.
- Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administering medications and performing diagnostic tests as needed.
- Collaborate with RNs and staff to ensure effective patient care and respond to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
