We are currently seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our Federal Audit practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily activities of Federal audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Identify and communicate potential audit efficiencies, contributing to the improvement of our services.
- Coordinate activities of audits and client interactions, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the design and execution of audit approach, applying knowledge of accounting principles and industry standards.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of accounting principles, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.
- Supervise Audit Associates and Interns, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of audit experience, with a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- TS/SCI clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
