Position Overview

As a key player in our logistics operations, you will oversee warehouse activities ensuring optimal service levels, cost efficiency, compliance with health and safety standards, quality assurance, and adherence to legal regulations.


Your role will involve close collaboration with essential internal teams and external partners, including third-party logistics providers, to guarantee effective oversight, prompt solutions, and seamless execution of operations.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Assess and rectify stock discrepancies, ensuring precise alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system through stakeholder collaboration.

• Evaluate capacity utilization, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions when KPIs are not met or additional capacity is required.

• Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely and complete deliveries to our trading partners, while upholding quality and HACCP standards.

• Supervise inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution processes to maintain shelf-life management, minimize write-offs, and continuously seek productivity enhancements.

• Undertake project-related and ad hoc assignments, particularly in relation to continuous improvement initiatives and peak management strategies.

• Develop comprehensive cost analyses (annual budget), identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with advanced skills in Excel.

• A collaborative spirit and a passion for teamwork.

• Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain management is advantageous.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.

No relocation support is available.
