Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Execution (90%): Proactively reach out to consumers via phone to introduce our innovative products and demonstrate their potential to enhance quality of life.
  • Establish trust and rapport with consumers by providing personalized consultations that address their specific needs.
  • Guide consumers through the purchasing journey, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Adhere to established call protocols and scripts to maintain consistent communication with customers.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and operational processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed consumer records in our operating systems.
  • Engage in Quality Coaching sessions with your Supervisor to refine your approach based on feedback.

Additional Responsibilities (10%):
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to gather consumer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share best practices and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Functions:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and through electronic media.
  • Ability to wear a headset and sit for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to operate within compliance guidelines specific to the healthcare industry.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center environments preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Specialized Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, and call center software.
  • Strong consultative selling abilities.
