Housekeeping Specialist

Spherion is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian at Spherion, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, ensuring a high level of tidiness and organization.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, adhering to environmental and health regulations.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
