Technicians will be based out of our Eau Claire branch and will be responsible for servicing clients throughout Northwestern Wisconsin.

As a Mobile Equipment Service Specialist, your primary duties will include traveling to customer sites to perform repairs on powered industrial machinery, including but not limited to forklift trucks, aerial lifts, and floor cleaning machines. Technicians will be assigned to service customers in proximity to their residence. You will be equipped with a company service vehicle, a service laptop, an iPad, a credit card, and a cell phone. Our internal support team is available to assist you, alongside complimentary in-house technical training and field support.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess mechanical experience, ideally with forklifts, construction machinery, or agricultural equipment. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential, along with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues. Candidates must be capable of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds, and rarely up to 100 pounds. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Candidates should also have their own tools, excellent customer service skills, and a dependable work ethic. Trade school or secondary education is highly regarded.
