We are seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Bakery Department with production, including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper production levels while following production guidelines, assisting with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product, and organizing freezers and coolers.

• Assist the Bakery Department with production, including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products.

• Order frozen and dry product.
• Organize freezers and coolers.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred.
