Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that merchandise is priced correctly.
- Financial Management: Reconcile daily transactions, manage cash assets, and maintain detailed financial records.
- Marketing and Sales Programs: Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including scheduling, delivery, and customer service.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interaction with customers, employees, and management. The role requires the ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions, as well as the ability to lift, load, and move merchandise up to 300 pounds.
